About Us

Bear Canyon Comfort was inspired by our amazing home on the Bear Canyon River in the Sierra Foothills. 

Started in 2019, the pandemic gave us the opportunity to change into more of a trading post, than a one brand online store.  We received donations when the big brand charities would not.   Using a long standing positive standing in the eBay community since 1999, we started listing our items and donating 10% of the gross sales to several charities.  These charities are listed on the Donate 10% page.  

Those items that still have life, but don't make the cut for the Trading Post are donated to charities around the US.   We focus on areas that are resource deserts. 

Our color scheme is inspired by the amazing sunsets we get on the edge of the river.
